It also features a dog park, playground, and splash grounds for children to enjoy. Nearby, Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park spans 25 acres and features a pavilion and lawn for performances, a boathouse, a picnic shelter, a playground, a splash pad, and sports courts. 
 
The Riverwalk is another highly popular spot for outdoor expeditions. This scenic, 2.6-mile trail follows along the picturesque Hillsborough River, serving as the prime location for various festivals and cultural events in the Tampa region.
